Will I see it before it's made?
Yes. We email a proof with every order. Nothing is stitched until you approve it.
I don't know their size. What should I do?
Check the label on a polo they already wear, then compare it with the size guide on the product page.
Is there a charge for the embroidery?
No. Personalisation is included in the price you see.
